      Pros

      Great team, everyone is helpful and wants you to succeed. You can learn a lot and get your foot in the door within sales

      Cons

      Only con is pay. When looking at other companies with this role Concentra's pay is far below what the market is. And that may be based on the industry but for me it's very low.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
