      Pros

      The work itself is fairly easy

      Cons

      They cut the bonus significantly 4 months after I signed on. They have a hard time hiring staff. Work comp is a headache, very difficult to deal with insurance companies. The MAs are burnt out and frequently rude. Insurance is poor.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
