      Pros

      Yesenia was an amazing manager and supported me during one of the most difficult challenges of my life. The staff as well. Had no issues with my pay or schedule at that time.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
