      extra weekend shifts available for more pay, monthly bonuses for meeting/exceeding productivity standards, increased starting pay vs many competitors, schedule flexibility for full time vs PRN

      Cons

      expensive health insurance with limited pharmacy network, many common services not covered by health plan (even with PPO)

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
