Pros
Company pays higher than most urgent cares. Columbia facility makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel like a family with the different events.
Cons
The company doesn’t respect their employees and how they feel. They are all for the money and don’t care if they’re burning their employees out. Doesn’t pay enough for the late nights after 5pm. Allows patients to come in right at 5pm although we close at 5pm. Use to many systems. Systems are always crashing. You don’t receive enough pto. You receive 5 hours every pay period
