      Poor management, customer neglect, facility and vehicle neglect, company takes no responsibility or attempts to address for the previous. Very non competitive pay, poor healthcare. Is more concerned with meetings and graph type data than accomplishing meaningful work

      Good pay Flexibility Benefits Quick onboarding (once they actually get back to you and hire you)

      Cons

      No training whatsoever No clear expectations of job responsibilities Expectations way too high given the lack of training Was told job security was good, was laid off along with about 40 other people after 6 months with no warning
