      I enjoyed my time working at Concept Solutions. Pros include friendly and respectful staff, generally flexible working hours, executives have an open door policy and really care about the team. There are opportunities for professional growth.

      Leadership is highly involved with a lot of customer touch. Long history with customers so there is good trust and stability in contracts.

      Cons

      Growing pains and working remotely for most people means less in person daily interaction, but they do lunch and learns and some in person events.
