You are expected to put the company before everything in your life and the micromanagement is astounding. No processes in place, creating endless inefficiencies and there is no desire from management to change that or improve. There is a “right” way to do everything but there are no reference materials and the “right” way is at the whim of your manager and varies day to day, hour to hour. No flexibility with time off if you have a personal emergency or health issue. You are expected to take from your (very limited) PTO hours no matter how many hours of overtime (unpaid) you already worked.
