Pros
Largely informal, relaxed environment. Professional staffers are some of the smartest people I've ever worked with.
Cons
Contract-to-contract mentality with a middle management who loves to put people in information vacuums, put them on furlough AND then openly advertise the vacancy. The old-boy network is alive and well at CTC; expect to be treated accordingly.
