Pros

Was a great place to work, now hell on earth. Great benefits but don't know how long I'll have my job to enjoy them

Cons

Company is going down quickly! They have had a major layoff/termination of staff every quarter in the past year. That doesn't include staff that have left before they were cut. Have no money and have no contracts. Now they have hired a PR company to repair a torn image. The recent positive feedbacks posted on this site is now a product of their work. CTC is sinking and sinking fast. Their mismanagement of this company is now trickling Down hard into the local economy, with many closing of businesses and restaurants. They lost their core minds and technical people so if they ever do land a contract they do not have the skill set to fulfill it. Currently the only staff left are relatives and friends of upper management who have been saved by family. I know my days are numbered and spend my day at work looking for employment

Pros

Very relaxed work schedule Excellent work-life balance Ideal for late-career professionals who want to slow down or transition into retirement ("take a knee") Low-stress environment with minimal urgency or pressure

Cons

Limited workload led to long periods of downtime Not suitable for early-career professionals seeking growth or hands-on experience Minimal opportunities to build or apply technical skills Caused self-doubt about personal value and technical expertise due to lack of challenging work
