The management teams of both organizations "walk the walk" and engage with employees and encourage their aspirations.
Cons
Like any government contractor doing applied research and development, CTC has been subject to the vagaries of the federal budget process or lack thereof over the past 8 years. That has adversely affected staffing levels and morale as employees see long-term colleagues leave and workloads have increased.
