Pros
Outstanding people with a great wealth of knowledge. Incredible flexibility and benefits. Being able to work remote is a definite plus.
Cons
So many of the great people who have helped pave the way for a lot of the programs and initiatives are no longer around because of lack of work, having to retire early and so forth. Numbers have decreased drastically over the years with the number of employees and various locations across the country. Not winning as many contracts or keeping the major ones. Not all locations that are part of the "One Company Company" get recognition or continued work if not in Johnstown.
