Pros
The pros of working here here are minimal. Health care benefits are good. Lots of open parking and office space. Company offers bereavement benefits.
Cons
The work environment is very depressing. The 300 employees who are left are just simply going through the motions. The lack of motivation from these remaining employees in addition to losing so many good technical employees is proving to be too much to overcome in an already challenging government contracting environment. Dependable work is drying up very quickly. While there have been intermittent attempts to use more creativity in winning contracts. Execution of those ideas consistently falls short. Most recently, the newest executive leader, who was hired just 2 years ago and bragged about by the CEO as just the spark the company needs just up an quit! Not even a notice. Just another example of poor decisions by the CEO. There is nothing employees can do to stop this downward spiral.
