Used to be innovative place- not anymore. Maybe criminal problems will prompt a housecleaning. Overhead structure is breathtaking in size for a 1000-person firm. Overhead costs make CTC non-competitive on many Government contracts. Johnstown-centric culture of favoritism--project work is "sucked into" Johnstown, even if clients require the work to be performed elsewhere. Culture of blame and scapegoating

Bloated, incompetent management; too far removed from clients, both physically and conceptually; CEO is a not from a science or engineering backgroud, even though CTC touts itself as an R&D company.
