Pros
CTC has been in the industry for several decades and has earned a distinguished reputation. After a few years of contraction, the company has developed a solid strategic vision, and has undergone stable growth for the entire time I've been here. Company leadership involved, but empowering: they're available when I need them, but aren't micro-managing our daily activities.
Cons
A few outdated processes and procedures can be a bit tedious, but the company is open to feedback. We're working through them!
