Great pay and benefits, can't complain there.
Cons
The Executive Directors at this company are terrible. They get paid way too much to what, send out an e-mail monthly? I have seen no effort on their part to keep this business afloat. They are doing a horrible job at bringing business in which resulted in a massive layoff. It's okay though, they won't suffer salary cuts. The way the lay-offs were handled by the CFO was extremely unprofessional... This place will crash and burn. They rely too much on the government to pay their bills. I see this place closing in the upcoming years. AVOID.
