Pros

* Huge market opportunity- Anyone with a website needs it be found. * Amazing growth paths- I've seen people start in entry level positions that have grown to managing teams, become top individual contributors and more. I have personally progressed my career 4 roles during my time here. * Market leading product- Competitively dominant product that is genuinely helping people achieve their goals. The platform has pulled away (in the lead) from any competitive products at this point, and the forth coming releases will literally change this industry. The future is bright. * Fantastic team- A very smart and driven bunch that does not take status quo as acceptable. Some of the things I have seen the team accomplish this year (in the product and with our customers) I never thought would be possible. * Customer first culture- Everyone in the company receives 100% transparency into customer satisfaction (we see all NPS scores) for a true "all hands on deck" culture to help our customers succeed. *Culture (in general)- Just a great group to be with everyday. *Services- The support & services team have taken on monumental tasks and generated some of the best results that I have seen in my digital marketing career as a whole in terms of impact. *Sales- A world class account development org with a true, value driven sales approach focused on bringing on the right customers/ partners and truly helping them succeed.

Cons

*Need more hours in the day to grab the market opportunity in front of us :)

Pros

Good experience with the people so far, feel like everyone is generally friendly and it's a small enough company that it's easy to connect with people to learn about their positions. Good experiences so far with managers who are generally warm and friendly. Relatively good work life balance, you work remotely all month of August and you can travel.

Cons

Biggest con personally is the low pay, just among the lowest you can make in a starting position and it takes about 1.5-2 years to scale into a better place as an SDR which is odd to me because its a position that on average folks spend that amount of time in before moving up. I believe it causes higher turnover in the first year as an SDR and would love to see a higher starting pay and clearer path forward to improve motivation and retention. I also wish they had mentioned in the interview that commission is 50% taxed, I understand this is common practice but didn't feel like there was great transparency on this. Lastly, feel like theres an unbalanced approach to in person office culture, it doesn't seem to be applied equally across all teams (for instance the Sales team seems to have the most pressure to be in person, most other teams it seems are are able to work remotely more flexibly). Just makes it confusing when you can ask to work remotely due to weather or personal reasons, only to show up and find that you are the only one in office which can be frustrating and cause unnecessary tension.
