Pros

They give you a flexible schedule and your able to choose to work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week or you can choose 8 hour shifts for 5 days a week it's good for a first time working at a call center job to get the experience there is a chance to advance in the company

Cons

To much work for such little pay based on the amount of work you do they only pay $11 for the work but the amount of work is worth about $13 or $14 management is unprofessional they don't care Bout their employees and they want you to do supervisor work but don't wanna give supervised pay

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
