Pros

This company was part of xerox company and now they are separate company and without any facilities to employees. There is nothing good about this company now coz they have changed all flexibility policy

Cons

1. No Appraisal or appraisal cycle 2. Never ever you can get 100% bonus even after giving 1000% performance 3. No compensation for night shifts or extended shifts. 4. They hire people saying that 9 hours shift but then after joining they will introduce you a new policy for 9:30 hours shift and then also no extra compensation for it. 5. Company was known for work from home flexibility but now that has been removed and you have to work from office only. 6. They might ask you to do work on holidays and they won't give you compensation for that also. 7. There is no new technology and no training available. No scope of learning anything new but old technologies. 8. Transport facility is one of third class. They will make your shift more extended and very poor behaving drivers. 9. Lack of basic facilities e.g. You won't get cups on coffee machine and hand towels in washrooms. Cafeteria and washroom is too small for so many people.

Pros

The only real advantage is the ability to work from home. My trainers were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely tried to help despite the limitations of the training program.

Cons

The training is far too rushed for the complexity of the job. The trainers themselves are not the problem—they did their best—but two weeks of training followed by one week of nesting is simply not enough. You're expected to learn numerous systems, document calls accurately, understand complex fraud procedures, and handle back-to-back calls from frustrated or angry customers with very little hands-on practice. There wasn't enough call shadowing or realistic mock calls to build confidence before taking live calls. The learning curve is overwhelming, and the high turnover rate reflects that. On top of that, the pay does not match the stress, workload, or expectations of the position.
