Pros
Always got my pay on time, decent facilities, a good place to show-off your skills.
Cons
These were the most stressful 29 months of my life. Working on projects with deprecated technologies and with a team scattered around the globe on different time zones which only made it harder to coordinate work. This is your typical corporate environment where you fall into a robot-like routine: Clock-in, work, go to lunch -quickly-, clock-out, go to sleep, repeat. There's a lot of bureaucracy and forms to be filled every week which only adds up to the workload you already have. Also a VERY unstable environment where they are shuffling teams all the time, moving positions between India and Latin America and even team relocating inside the building more often than not. Seeing your co-workers being let go and not knowing when you're next is very anxiety-inducing. Everybody's morale couldn't be lower.
