Pros

You get paid and there doesn't seem to be a lot of issues with their pay department atleast with the enterprise branch

Cons

You can be forced to work overtime on a split second notice. Unwilling to work with emergencies or last second appointments They keep toxic people who harass others in positions over others no matter how many times HR is notified about their ABUSIVE behavior. Unwilling to honor their word about working with people with disabilities. Lack of accountability when it comes to their employees mental/ physical health. Management will take weeks off and drop all their work load on the leads and assistant throwing the team into disarray. lack of proper training in new systems being implemented. Forces employees to help on other projects that are months behind without proper training even though there has been months of lag on the project. Overall toxic work environment for 2 years.

Pros

The only real advantage is the ability to work from home. My trainers were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely tried to help despite the limitations of the training program.

Cons

The training is far too rushed for the complexity of the job. The trainers themselves are not the problem—they did their best—but two weeks of training followed by one week of nesting is simply not enough. You're expected to learn numerous systems, document calls accurately, understand complex fraud procedures, and handle back-to-back calls from frustrated or angry customers with very little hands-on practice. There wasn't enough call shadowing or realistic mock calls to build confidence before taking live calls. The learning curve is overwhelming, and the high turnover rate reflects that. On top of that, the pay does not match the stress, workload, or expectations of the position.
