Pros

Insurance sales in Multiple States, assist in licensing, great coworkers who are willing to help each other because management is so inconsistent.

Cons

Management lacks professionalism, They gossip name call and bully employees. Inconsistent training, stressful.. constant yelling from across the room, favoritism. During beginning of COVID-19 failed to inform of confirmed COVID-19 cases in office , didn't adhere to social distancing, mask regulations. If you want to keep your job don't voice your concerns.

- Had a great manager & director at the time - Good work-life balance - Allowed full remote which is rare these days
