They have forgotten that the company health-EBITDA is driven by all these talented people. Do you want to wok for a prejudice company? Look at the management teams on the website? Are they all white? Isn’t prejudice? The skin color matter to the company? It is make them proud? Your contributions, salaries, skill sets, promotions may base on your skin color. Look around the company. If your skin color is yellow, you will never be in the office.
