      Pros

      Co-workers were amazing! Funny, fun people. Great management! Vendors always took care of the sales people- helping them to get their hands on products to be able to sell with the knowledge of the quality

      Cons

      Competitive Sales teams, not enough growth opportunities (positions/ training)for non-sales employees in smaller offices, leading to employees feeling left behind and that they can't grow.

We understand the challenges of working in a smaller site and fewer opportunities for career growth, especially when we have such excellent retention.       Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
