It is a good place to start out and gain experience but not to have a long time career.
Cons
A lot of upper management are lifers and they are out of touch with the real world. The pay is extremely low for the amount of work that you do and the expectations that they have, The people that get promoted are next in line and not necessarily the most qualified. The Enterprise sales reps treat their support horribly and management allows it because of the revenue the sales reps. bring in. No woman VPs. There was a woman VP in HR and she was doing a lot of great things to modernize but of course they let her go. We have the ability to work from home but they still make people come into the office so they can micromanage. When the company hit $1B in sales we got cupcakes with 1B written on them. People don't want a pizza party for exceeding their goals.
