      Pros

      Many different roles available, lots of room to grow and build a career, many options for career paths with various focuses, great numbers of individuals on staff with long tenure that are very passionate about moving the company forward, excellent team environment, great mix of experienced long-time employees and fresh talent from the outside. Taking advantage of education reimbursement is an excellent benefit to help advance your career, as well.

We do recognize we need to make changes, as you indicated, on our infrastructure and provide better tools in the form of systems for employees.       Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
