You’re basically in sales no matter what position you have- which you don’t understand until you actually start. If you do not like sales you will hate Connection. The company thinks that they are ahead or in line with their competition in terms of brand reputation and benefits- they absolutely are not. It’s totally a corporate culture that is hard to adjust to when you come from a better company, with super old internal systems and office space. Working from home was available only there was a serious reason for some people while available anytime for others. Favoritism is so apparent. I don’t regret working here because it solidified that there are much better companies out there! Don’t say you care about your employees, instead actually SHOW it. Always needing credit for what you offer as benefits and perks for your employees takes away from the actual experience.
