      Pros

      They’ll hire just about anyone, so it’s a fine place to start your career in the IT industry.

      Cons

      Leadership from top down is awful. Management has leeway for personal vendettas that will ruin your opportunities and confidence. So much micromanagement. It was pulling teeth to be able to work remotely. Pay is below average and commission percentage is below industry standard.

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
