Losing team members is always a hard decision. The recent store closures were due to a decision made by T-Mobile based on proximity to other stores. We made every attempt to move all employees to other locations. Keeping our team together is very important to us but this was outside of our control. Senior management listens to employees, lots of different benefits and chance to make lots of money if you can sell.

Cons

Have to cover a lot of shifts when people called off, no rollover pto
