Pros

Store level management can be decent. District Manager or higher, you can forget it....

Cons

No matter how much notice you give them, YOU WILL NOT GET A FINAL COMMISSION PAYCHECK. They will do absolutely everything they can think of to not pay you your commissions. If a customer is LATE ON THEIR PHONE BILL they will deduct your commission as churn. For 6 months, the customer has to be on time. When was the last time you were a few days late? I'm not even talking about suspended. LATE on their bill. I can't begin to tell you the reasons NOT to work for this company. THANK GOD I had a decent enough store level manager. We once didn't have power for 2 days. Did we get to leave? No. We had to sit there in the dark. Hopefully you have enough phone battery to last the day in the cold, dark store.

Senior management listens to employees, lots of different benefits and chance to make lots of money if you can sell.

Cons

Have to cover a lot of shifts when people called off, no rollover pto
