Being in the wireless field for over 15 years the best compensation structure i have seen. The best raise structure, Raises based on results no need to ask they are automatic. Company always looking to expand not selling like many are. Looking for a great place to start or continue a career in wireless Connectivity Source is one of the best. Cons
Like i said being in the wireless business for over 15 years not many cons to discuss. Working here for 3 years its been great. Only con i can say is sometimes over communication. Which to some that may be a good thing
