Sudden layoffs of key employees, everyone stressed not knowing if/when another round will occur and if they will be next. Lack of clear communication between offices. Apparent lack of direction within engineering. Raleigh, NC centric. If you aren't based out or have representation there, you are largely ignored. Betting company on new projects developed in isolation for every line of business instead of enhancement and expansion of current products. Critical decisions made in isolation. Shifting to lower quality off-shore development in blind cost cutting measures.
