Pros

50% off on lunch. Cyber hub alongside, great place to hangout.

Cons

After the senior management changed, in last three months new management made it feel like mining quarry. Office culture is pathetic, favoritism is at the peak, making things work changed to who did this (blame game and never gets solved) and shame him/her. Boot licking is now the new mantra to be successful in this office. We need to take apptment to reach the new closed room directors and instead of motivation you hear bad things about the colleagues (demotivates you). Projects are dying, there are no plans. Overall company changes are yet another story to tell. Everyone is scared and dont raise voices, they can get shot. Technical work is limited to 1-2 folks, everyone else is maintenance. No directions from US team ( not expecting anything from India). As seen rehires are only scolding their teams, not working, cribbing, , back biting. If i was there, I would leave immediately. Think before you do this again. Feedback is not appreciated at all, govt company like job-insecurity rather than MNC like career growth. US/UK team cannt be approached, if you do, you will be made to feel like "achhoot" or a murderer. Instead of motivating, counting hours in office and shamin publically is the new trend. I used to work for 10 hours, now i do 8 because of that. No mentors or managers can tell you how things work, you are prohibited to talk to business owners. We are now the pointers de-allocated without modifying the value. People are treated like r4ts, ship is sinking, r4ts will jump out if continued to be treated like r4ts. Thanks to old management, I got this platform, but will soon leave this place if things dont change.

Pros

Work hard, play hard mentality. Great culture and a lot of fun events that made my internship memorable.

Cons

Can be a bit empty in office sometimes as most work remotely.

Pros

Endless opportunities for the self-driven and ambitious. I was lucky enough to work under a single manager, David Weinrot, who entrusted me throughout my tenure to drive countless initiatives. He represents, for me, my time with the company. I still carry with me today much of what I learned wearing the many hats he provided access to across the company. Though demanding, he was a great partner in brainstorming new ideas, driving innovation and providing support when needed. This training provided me with the launchpad I needed to, after 5 years, move onto managing an organization with a budget of $120MM that leveraged all of the skills I learned under his direction.

Cons

The company as a whole, while I was there, had a lot going on. I am sure many things have changed since then, though I suspect success will hinge on comfort with agility and change, as with any modern company.
