Pros

• A dynamic, ever-changing set of challenges (for those who like that) • Competitive salary • Solid benefits • Free, catered lunch every day • Nice people, not a ton of drama • Respect for work-life balance, no crazy hours (people with actual, balanced family lives)

Cons

• Employees harbor a deep fondness for "how things used to be" with Shopzilla, which is great but also reflects a need for a more forward-thinking attitude & reinvigoration around our new direction. Thankfully we are hiring new talent to support new initiatives and rebuild our culture. But these things take time. • Connexity has a diverse product suite with so much potential, but at this point it causes a lot of confusion in terms of how we position ourselves and creates extra layers of complexity rather than allowing us to streamline. Too many branches of the company are focused on different things, and these silos lead to lost opportunities for cross-selling, a diffusion of effort and a struggle to envision a more unified product suite.

Pros

Work hard, play hard mentality. Great culture and a lot of fun events that made my internship memorable.

Cons

Can be a bit empty in office sometimes as most work remotely.

Pros

Endless opportunities for the self-driven and ambitious. I was lucky enough to work under a single manager, David Weinrot, who entrusted me throughout my tenure to drive countless initiatives. He represents, for me, my time with the company. I still carry with me today much of what I learned wearing the many hats he provided access to across the company. Though demanding, he was a great partner in brainstorming new ideas, driving innovation and providing support when needed. This training provided me with the launchpad I needed to, after 5 years, move onto managing an organization with a budget of $120MM that leveraged all of the skills I learned under his direction.

Cons

The company as a whole, while I was there, had a lot going on. I am sure many things have changed since then, though I suspect success will hinge on comfort with agility and change, as with any modern company.
