You can work at your own pace, as long as your work gets done. I never felt micromanaged.

Cons

The job is very repetitive. I offered several options on how to improve processes to make them more relevant or efficient, but nothing I said was ever taken seriously by management.

Good people, most truly care about members, great benefits and pay

Cons

third-party partners are not always smooth to work with, can affect the member experience which impacts overall work environment, also lots of changes take place can be a fast paced place to work if you do not handle change well.
