Pros

Great pay and benefits Everyone had great attitudes and super nice

Cons

Didn’t work with me on my disability Was asked to use PTO for bathroom breaks when I have a medical reason and can’t help it. Not sure that’s legal. Also 2 of the employees lied on me to my manager saying I didn’t want my camera on when it was them who were training me told me not to turn it on because they didn’t want to. I end up quitting after a month.

Good people, most truly care about members, great benefits and pay

Cons

third-party partners are not always smooth to work with, can affect the member experience which impacts overall work environment, also lots of changes take place can be a fast paced place to work if you do not handle change well.
