      Pros

      This job is very relaxed and understanding. If you do what you’re told in a timely matter this job will be a breeze. The management team is among the best I have seen. The are informative, involved, dedicated and supportive. They want you to succeed and assure that no man gets left behind.

      Cons

      The pay is a little low to meet basic human needs. I have to work a second job doing contracted deliveries to be able to meet my basic needs. Company equipment is not provided but they do not make you dedicate your computer to being a work computer there are systems in place to help with that. My only real con would be the starting pay, but raises can be requested after certain tenure with the company.

      Pros

      Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

      Cons

      Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

      Pros

      Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
