      Pros

      Amazing leadership, great co-workers, welcoming and professional environment. I love working with this company - I've learned a lot from my time at Connexus that will help further my career within the company as well as outside of it if I decide to look for opportunities in the future. I enjoy the challenges and different projects the company provides and within those projects; the opportunity to grow and learn a multitude of useful skills.

      Cons

      There is a likelihood of a demotion based on accounts/business need. I've been on accounts where the clients were incredibly unorganized, hindering the teams ability to perform their job as efficiently as possible.

      Pros

      Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

      Cons

      Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

      Pros

      Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
