      Pros

      Connexus Resource Group is a reliable and flexible company. When one project ends they are quick to find another one for you so you will not loose time/money. They have availability for full/part time work.

      Cons

      I wish the pay was a little better than $13.00 hourly especially for the work load that we have to do.

      Pros

      Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

      Cons

      Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

      Pros

      Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

      Cons

      The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
