Pros

Best Team Lead and Team as they are prompt to answer any questions. Direct contact with my TL daily ensures success for each call. Leadership/management is very understanding/flexible when it comes to work/life balance. That’s something I’ve always looked for in a job! At Connexus, I’m able to take the time I need for my own well-being!

Cons

Wish the starting wage was more than $12/hr since policies seem to update often for verifiers. Each day ensuring to check any important notifications from leadership as something has likely been updated. Core responsibilities remain the same, however you’re constantly adjusting.

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
