Pros

I absolutely love working here, There is a laid back atmosphere, no micromanaging, this company actually cares about it employees. They give you choices of what schedule best suits you and try their best to accommodate you with your choice, or get as close to it as possible. If you have questions they are there to help and support you.

Cons

No holiday pay, however if you would like to work it you can and get time and a half. Its left up to you if you want to work it or not. It is not a demand that you work it. Which I love, only reason i listed it as a con is because some people need holiday pay, however they give you the option to work it and make more than just holiday pay.

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
