Pros

Nice team leader. Nice co workers on my team

Cons

Pay is very low...have to learn alot of stuff and get graded on quality the week after u are sent on by yourself. Very hard j9b at first to learn without hands on in training. Insurance does NOT meet minimum Value for ACA OBAMA CARE- SO KEEP YOUR OWN INSURANCE DO NOT TAKE COMPANY INSURANCE

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

Cons

Working from home can be difficult when you try to connect with your team.

Pros

Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
