Great people to work with and great pay and benefits.
Cons
Working from home, I often find I don't go out as much as I use to and see people in person.

Connexus gave me an opportunity when I felt like I was quickly running out of options. I've been with them for 5+ years and they haven't given up on me yet. I also love being able to work from home.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the challenges of building connections in a remote environment. Creating opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and meaningful team interaction continues to be an important focus as we support a remote workforce.
Thank you again for your contributions and for being a valued member of our team.
Connexus Resource Group provided me with the opportunity to expand my customer service and technical support skills while working remotely. The onboarding process was organized, communication with the recruiting team was professional, and I appreciated the chance to work on a variety of projects that strengthened my experience.
Cons
The biggest drawback is the lack of job security. Client assignments can end with little or no notice, and there is no guarantee that another assignment will be available immediately. Having a more structured transition process or backup placement options would greatly improve the contractor experience.
