Full-time staff get a lot of PTO (5 weeks). Very friendly and open-minded atmosphere. Very respectful of employees.

Cons

I was an AmeriCorps member, but under the impression the organization is very bureaucratic and overall, just too big.

Conservation Legacy is very supportive of interns. I had a great time learning at the sight.

Cons

Conservation Legacy has a very bureaucratic process.. so a lot of -sometimes miscellaneous and arbitrary- long forms and questionnaires in the beginning and end (as well as throughout the internship).
