Pros
Working remotely, although CAMS seems to be changing that policy with all new hire job postings are out of Houston, TX. No more remote jobs.
Cons
With CAMS, it's all about as many customers (contracts=$$$) that they can get signed on with no regard to the significant increase in workload for the employees who already have full workloads to begin with. And no plans to hire more people to handle that additional workload. This then creates a situation where the employees are totally stressed out and their output becomes all quantity and zero quality. But that's the thing, CAMS does not care, just crank it out to meet the bare minimum contract obligations.
