Pros

They pay well and have good incentives.

Cons

This company will do an extensive serch on-line and your social media accounts. They not only look at your pages, but also look at any and all public posts that you made on other proflies. I don't know how they do it, but I would recommend if you want to keep your privatre life private, change your facebook name, take down your phone number, limit old posts, and don't give them your e-mail address that is tied to your social media accounts

CED does not have a routine practice of monitoring personal social media activities of employees. Should CED become aware of an employee’s social media activity because the activity is public, shared with other CED employees or business associates, or performed using CED technology, CED may have an interest in addressing content that includes false information about CED or violates company policy.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
