Pros
Very loyal company from what I have seen so far. They treat their employees well, provide paid holidays, etc and generally strive for an enjoyable working environment. The people at my PC from management on down are generally young which makes it far easier to relate and enjoy bosses, etc. Our company is the 3rd largest in the nation and always looking to expand which is a huge plus. I like that we never seem to be complacent where we are and always looking to grow.
Cons
Company tends to work against itself in large markets (i.e. PC's compete with one another instead of work together). Promotions appear to be very slow as well..in fact there really isn't much room to move up the ladder near as I can tell. Also, the computer system used is archaic and difficult-this company needs to join the new age and upgrade.
