Pros
With the right approach to CED's business model you can be extremely successful. There is no cap to earnings and upper management is very lean, allowing for quick decision making on a local level.
Cons
The lack of structure that gives you the freedom to run your own business can be daunting to new employees. The on-boarding process for new employees should do a better job of explaining the advantages of the autonomous model in this industry- if not they will feel like there is a lack of direction from the top. Experience will vary from location to location as there is so much autonomy.
