Pros
All the freedom in the world to make your own decisions. I challenge any trainee who wrote a negative review to find a company that gives them that level of freedom once they become a manager. Pay is very good if you're a good enough sales manager to generate profit sharing. I completed my management training in 1 year 8 months...not sure why it would take 2-1/2 to 3 years. Training program is very good and in fact one of the best in the industry, it does some time to complete but the rewards once it's completed are outstanding.
Cons
Sometimes having too much freedom can be challenging. You have to make decisions and live with the consequences not matter what they are. Reaching out and getting advice from Division and Regional Management can be challenging.
