Pros

Easy job that can be fast paced with interesting challenges. Job security is high and can be a good career for somebody that wants to prove themselves without a college degree.

Cons

This company typically operates on a very lean staff in order to maximize profit sharing. It is very common to be overworked for a minimal wage throughout the year and everybody counts down the months to profit sharing for financial relief each year. Most locations can be enjoyable to work at but the Denver location is more cut throat and uptight. Don't expect anybody to do anything outside of their job title. If you would rather get paid your commissions throughout the year, I would suggest another distributor or electrical representative.

Pros

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Cons

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
